We're here, too, and every 18 months or so we go through a phase go just tossing up our hands and saying, that's it - we're moving back to North Carolina! It's so expensive and cold here. But like you & Gregg, the support - not to mention jobs - keep us here. Rest assured, you're not the only ones!
